Anyone who communicates with Red Letter Day is afforded complete confidentiality. All RLD staff, subcontractors, and vendors with access to identifying client data have been trained to keep that data strictly confidential and have signed an agreement promising to do so.
Client data is not sold, shared, or otherwise revealed to anyone outside of RLD, unless required by court order or by laws governing the mandated reporting of imminent or known harm to self or others.
